Complaint Escalation
We are sorry to hear if you wish to make a complaint following your visit.
The best way of dealing with any questions, queries or concerns you may have is to speak with a member of our staff whilst at the event who will be able to assist you. Our customer service team can be found at the information point in the main arena.
If you have returned home unhappy with your recent visit, please do get in touch with a member of our customer service team by filling out the form below and selecting ‘Event Feedback’ on the drop-down menu.
To ensure that we are able to investigate your feedback fully, please include as much detail as possible to help us look into this further. Please contact us no later than 6 weeks post event as we may not be able to assist with any feedback submitted after this timeframe. We treat all feedback very seriously and will endeavour to respond to your email within 10 days.
Lost Property
If you have lost an item at Big Feastival, please fill out the lost property form below for our Lost Property Team to review.
Please include as much information as you can in order for our team to reunite your item with you.
If your item has been found, we will respond to your email to confirm and arrange a delivery. Please note that there may be a postage charge.
Big Feastival will not take any responsibility for lost items, and each visitor is responsible for their own personal property.
After Big Feastival, items will be sent to our head office team. Items will only be held for a maximum of 30 days post event. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of after this point or sent to the relevant agencies.
Items will be posted as soon as possible at our team’s convenience, once items have been sent out for delivery, we will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage.

Performance Interpreting
Big Feastival are very pleased to be working with Performance Interpreting Ltd who will be providing the BSL access provision for the festival weekend.
Please complete the attached form to register your interest. Please note that all deaf customers contact details will be shared with Performance Interpreting Ltd who will then reach out to you to explain more about the BSL access service and ask what you would like to see.
Closer to the event, be ready to expect a BSL access schedule which will be curated to suit customer requests.

Event Mobility
Festival-goers will be able to reserve an Electric Mobility Scooter or Manual Wheelchair in advance of the event, for collection at either the Access Campsite (Blue Gate) or Day Visitor Entrance (Red Gate).
