Travel Information

Arriving by car

  • If you’re driving to The Big Feastival, it’s essential that you purchase a Parking Pass prior to the event.
  • Car park capacity is limited and subject to availability
  • Book parking in advance to save

Arriving by train

The closest railway station is Kingham, which is only a 3-minute walk to the festival site. From London Paddington, it is approximately 90 mins to Kingham, with regular trains also running to and from Oxford, Reading, Worcester and Hereford.

During the August Bank Holiday, train services will operate on the following routes:

  • London Paddington – Reading – Oxford – Moreton-in-Marsh
  • Hereford – Worcester Shrub Hill

Please note the following service changes:

  • Buses will replace trains between Moreton-in-Marsh and Worcester Shrub Hill.
  • Only CrossCountry trains will stop at Worcestershire Parkway station.

Route:

  • Big Feastival → Chipping Norton → Oxford

Timings:

  • Friday & Saturday: Depart Big Feastival at 11:00 PM, arriving by 12:30 AM
  • Sunday: Depart Big Feastival at 10:00 PM, arriving by 11:30 PM

Price:

  • £10 per ticket

Collection Point:

  • Coaches will depart from Red Gate. Clear signage will be in place to guide you.

Campsite collection to station

Monday Morning Shuttle Service

Service Times: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • A shuttle service will be running on Monday morning to help guests get from the campsite to Red Gate (Pedestrian entrance).
  • How to Use the Shuttle: No need to book – just turn up!

Head to the Campsite Hub on Monday morning – there will be signage and info there to direct you to the shuttle pick-up point.

Important Info:

  • This shuttle does not go directly to Kingham Train Station but it will drop you at our Red Gate. From there, it’s just a short 4-minute walk across the road to the station entrance.
  • The service will run continuously during the above hours – just wait by the designated signage and a buggy will be with you shortly.
  • This is a free service.

Please Note: This is a buggy shuttle, not a bus. Due to traffic congestion on the roads during Monday exit, we’ve arranged this service to cross the site safely and efficiently.

Train shuttle to campsite

TIMINGS:

  • Thursday (PM) – One minibus service will be running from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
  • Friday (AM) – One minibus service will be available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

BOOKING:

  • Just turn up! No need to pre book

COLLECTION POINT:

  • There will be signage at Kingham train station upon arrival to direct you to where to wait for the shuttle Service will run consistently throughout the timings above
  • Please wait beside the allocated signage at the station and the shuttle will be with you shortly!
